Financial Controller (Medical Robotics)

What you will do

• Participate in monthly closing and consolidation processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and cash flow reports under US GAAP.
• Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors.
• Manage global government reporting, statutory financial statements, tax filings, and related documentation.
• Support financial accounting activities including reporting, cash management, analysis, billing, operations, and tax.
• Lead accounting process improvements, automation, ERP/CRM implementation, internal controls, and cross-functional financial initiatives.

Requirements

• CPA qualification with 2–3 years of post-internship experience in a high-tech company.
• Internship experience at a Big 4 accounting firm is required.
• Excellent knowledge of US GAAP.
• Good proficiency in Excel and strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, meet tight deadlines, and perform accurate analytical work.
• Collaborative team-oriented approach and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of NetSuite.
