Financial Controller & Analyst (Banking & Modelling)

What you will do

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with relevant reporting standards.
• Manage and provide professional guidance to an external bookkeeping team.
• Build and analyze financial models, cash flow statements, budgets, forecasts, and budget-versus-actual analyses.
• Lead the annual audit process with external auditors.
• Develop and monitor financial control processes, policies, and internal reporting.
• Support leadership with fundraising, pricing, and project feasibility evaluations.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant with 3+ years of experience as a Controller, preferably in startup or technology companies.
• Experience preparing financial statements and leading accounting closing processes.
• Experience managing and motivating teams.
• Strong financial and economic modelling skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience with Priority ERP.
• Experience working with investors and venture capital funds, plus familiarity with analytical tools.
• Native-level English is mandatory; strong organization, accuracy, analytical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure are required.
