Senior Controller (Fintech)

hirify.global is a direct-to-consumer platform that helps app publishers sell digital goods directly to users while managing payment and commerce operations.

What you will do

• Own accounting and financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Manage consolidated reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Ensure accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and applicable standards.
• Lead annual audits and coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors.
• Manage vendor payments and improve finance processes, systems, automation, and internal controls.
• Support complex transactions, new products, due diligence, and strategic finance projects, including AI-based solutions in financial processes.

Requirements

• CPA qualification and Big 4 experience.
• 4+ years of relevant post-internship experience in a technology environment.
• Strong experience with consolidations, multi-entity accounting, and international operations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with strong business judgment and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Previous experience in a fintech company.
