Program Manager (AI/Fintech)

Location: Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with close collaboration across Singapore and Indonesia.

What you will do

• Partner on strategic initiatives that expand the scope and impact of the Product Management Office.
• Manage meeting and review cadences, including agendas, decision tracking, planning, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
• Design lightweight systems for identifying dependencies and risks, and drive commitments through completion.
• Manage onboarding and training pipelines for Product team members and external partners.
• Drive program adoption, engagement initiatives, and consistent day-to-day Product operations.
• Use AI tools to automate coordination, reporting, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia and comfortable collaborating with teams in Singapore and Indonesia.
• Business-fluent English and exceptional written communication skills.
• Foundational experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Product Operations.
• Experience designing and implementing processes from scratch, managing multiple workstreams, and balancing stakeholder priorities.
• Active use of AI tools, ideally including a workflow, script, or automation built with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and grow into the role.

Nice to have

• Professional exposure to fintech, cross-border payments, or digital assets.
• Familiarity with Indonesia’s regulatory landscape, including OJK and Bank Indonesia.
