What you will do
- Provide administrative and operational support to Account Delivery Managers.
- Manage account assignment requests, team mailbox communication, and internal trackers.
- Keep employee allocation data accurate and up to date in internal systems.
- Use existing Microsoft Excel and Power BI reports to extract, analyze, and verify data.
- Translate everyday business needs into logical requirements for reporting improvements.
- Collaborate with Resource Management, HR, Talent Acquisition, Account Delivery Management, and Competency Center teams.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and readiness to learn internal tools.
- Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
- Good written and spoken Polish and English are required.
- Positive attitude, ownership, proactive approach, and collaborative mindset.
- Availability for at least 35 hours per week between 8:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.
