Gummies Tech I (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in New Albany, Ohio, United States. Regular shift. Immigration sponsorship and support are not available, including Form I-983 STEM OPT training plan support.

Salary: $37,000–$60,000 per year, plus potential annual performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Operate, monitor, adjust, start up, shut down, and change over manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor equipment parameters and production processes to meet safety, quality, and production specifications.
• Perform housekeeping, cleaning, sanitation, documentation, and critical control checks in accordance with cGMP standards.
• Troubleshoot common equipment issues, perform routine preventive maintenance, and escalate unresolved problems.
• Handle materials and operate powered industrial trucks, pallet lifts, hoists, and related equipment safely.
• Complete required training and support the training of other employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• At least two years of related experience and successful completion of the hirify.global Technician Program.
• Must hold or be able to complete PIT certification training.
• Basic math, measurement, conversion, equipment adjustment, and quality control skills.
• Working knowledge of cGMP, sanitation, industrial safety, manufacturing standards, Microsoft applications, and MES.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship or support.
