Location: Cincinnati, Ohio; office-based, with occasional work from home available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do
- Lead the infrastructure engineering team and manage people, processes, budgets, compliance, performance, and professional development.
- Provide technical leadership for endpoint management across Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure, SCCM, Tanium, and related platforms.
- Design and maintain desktop architectures, golden images, operating system deployments, task sequences, driver packages, and software distribution processes.
- Manage workstation, peripheral, mobile device, and conference room A/V programs across the global organization.
- Oversee application packaging, software updates, asset tracking, license compliance, and property accounting processes.
- Support Tier III desktop incidents, analyze complex technical issues, drive remediation, and document standardized procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressively responsible IT user or system support experience, including 5+ years in management positions leading technical teams in a 24/7/365 environment.
- Experience with Windows, macOS, Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, JAMF, antivirus management, and MDM solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of Apple iPhone and Android interoperability, endpoint configuration, software deployment, and Tier III incident support.
- Ability to understand and write PowerShell and/or VBScript, with knowledge of networking concepts including DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, subnets, and VLANs.
- Experience with project management, execution, delivery, and communicating complex technical issues to nontechnical audiences.
