Active Directory/Microsoft 365 Engineer (Azure)

Location: Onsite in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, United States. Employment requires verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain the Unified Judicial System’s hybrid Exchange environment.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support virtual and physical servers, applications, Office 365, Exchange Online, and Azure services.
• Implement email authentication and security controls using Defender, Office 365, and Exchange Online Protection.
• Enforce identity and access management policies, including conditional access, device compliance, PIM, RBAC, and user and sign-in risk policies.
• Manage user identities, third-party access, cloud procedures, and enterprise software licensing compliance.
• Monitor logs and ticket queues, research emerging technologies, and maintain the Snow software management system.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• At least three years of experience managing Exchange Online and identity management solutions.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange, and server infrastructure.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete employment eligibility verification after hiring.
