What you will do

• Support high-leverage projects including all-hands messaging and FDE hiring.
• Implement and optimize AI-enabled processes to increase organizational speed and quality.
• Develop pricing strategies and create competition battle cards to drive GTM success.
• Collaborate across Strategy, GTM, Product, and G&A teams to improve internal operational flow.
• Own key operating cadences and cross-functional alignments to evolve the long-term operating model.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a fast-scaling startup.
• Ability to move fluidly between high-level strategy and detailed operational execution.
• Structured thinking skills to transform complex, messy problems into actionable plans.
• AI-native mindset with instinctive use of AI tools to increase productivity.
• Strong, concise communication skills and a high degree of ownership.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Berlin office (Hybrid).
