What you will do

• Support high-impact company-building initiatives across operations, strategy, hiring, pricing, partnerships, and go-to-market.
• Improve operating processes by working with Strategy & Operations, GTM, Product, and G&A teams.
• Help shape the long-term operating model and act as a force multiplier for the leadership team.
• Own key operating cadences and cross-functional alignment processes.
• Develop all-hands messaging, competition battle cards, and AI-enabled operational processes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a fast-scaling startup.
• Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex problems into clear plans.
• Ability to move between big-picture strategy and hands-on operational detail.
• Strong ownership, concise communication, and the ability to deliver independently.
• Comfort using AI tools to work faster and improve decision-making.
