E-commerce Shop Operations Specialist with Finnish (All Genders)

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom, with 60% of the time in the office and 40% at home. The role also offers the option to work abroad for up to 20 days in approved countries.

Salary: GBP 29,100–35,600 per year

What you will do

• Manage product listings, product changes, categorization, activation, and visibility in the Finnish shop.
• Maintain accurate, consistent, and high-quality product content.
• Create and manage promotions and support Finnish website content adaptations and translations.
• Perform quality checks, identify content issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Content, Vendor Management, Category Management, and Campaigns teams.
• Improve shop processes, content quality, and operational backlog execution.

Requirements

• Fluent Finnish at C2 level is required.
• Communicative English is required.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive, hands-on, execution-focused approach to problem solving.
• Interest in e-commerce and online customer experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMS tools, PIM systems, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Background in content management, product data management, or e-commerce operations.
