What you will do
- Develop and execute marketing vision, strategy, and annual plans for connectivity, unified communications, and managed services portfolios.
- Lead and develop a high-performing portfolio marketing team across a geographically dispersed, matrixed organization.
- Define customer-focused positioning, messaging, and product direction based on market research, buyer behavior, and competitive insights.
- Produce buyer-enablement content, including presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, videos, interactive tools, and web content.
- Partner with product, sales, local and global marketing teams to design customer-focused services and support revenue growth.
- Build relationships with technology partners including Arista, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, and RingCentral while managing budgets and reporting standards.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of senior B2B product marketing experience in connectivity and/or unified communications, preferably including managed services.
- Proven experience developing data-driven positioning and messaging for complex connectivity and unified communications portfolios.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, market landscapes, buying journeys, and multiple customer segments and verticals.
- Experience managing complex CAPEX, OPEX, and partner MDF budgets.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, writing, and influencing skills in a matrix organization.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in London, United Kingdom.
