Driver Excellence Advisor (12 Month FTC)

Location: Watford, United Kingdom. Hybrid working requires at least three days per week, or 60% of working time, at the Watford office; training requires five days per week in the office until fully competent.

Salary: £31,380 per year

What you will do

• Support drivers through inbound and outbound interactions, putting their needs and experience first.
• Deliver clear explanations and education, including when communicating difficult messages.
• Manage internal and external systems and keep information accurate and up to date.
• Own interactions through to completion, proactively chasing internal and external responses.
• Strive to exceed team KPIs and SLAs while maintaining a high standard of service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite, professional telephone manner.
