Enterprise Architect (Energy): Shaping the technical foundation and security posture for the transition of Heat into a stand-alone organization with an accent on designing Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and target architectures. Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Hybrid: 40% office, 40% home, 20% flexible).

Salary: €120,000 – €180,000 gross per year.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the technical architecture enabling the transition of Heat into a stand-alone entity.
• Design and develop Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and supporting service architecture.
• Provide engineering management expertise to guide key technical decisions during the carve-out.
• Document and transfer architecture, security, and service design knowledge to the future organization.
• Deliver a secure, defensible separation with operationally robust service designs.
• Contribute to the Architecture Community of Practice by sharing standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior or Enterprise Architect bridging business, IT, and OT.
• Proven experience delivering carve-outs, separations, or major platform transitions.
• Deep expertise in technical architecture, security architecture, and service design.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge vendors and consultants.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English is preferred.
• Experience in the integrated energy sector or complex regulated environments.
