Salary: $178,000 – $296,700 per year

What you will do

• Set and drive the multi-year strategy and roadmap for Security Architecture, Vulnerability Management, and Vulnerability Response (PSIRT).
• Lead, mentor, and grow a globally distributed team of senior security engineers and architects across AMER and APAC.
• Establish security standards and perform architecture reviews to embed security into every stage of design and the CI/CD ecosystem.
• Own the end-to-end Exposure Management program, including tooling, scanners, and remediation SLAs.
• Manage the enterprise PSIRT strategy, responsible disclosure program, and CVE issuance processes.
• Establish security guardrails, managed settings, and governance for the enterprise adoption of AI and GenAI technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years in information security, including 5+ years leading technical security teams.
• Deep expertise in cloud and network security, IAM/PAM architecture, and Exposure Management.
• Proven track record of partnering with engineering teams at a global SaaS company.
• Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, CMMC, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks.
• Must be based in the USA; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience securing AI/GenAI technologies and establishing related governance.
• Familiarity with tools such as CrowdStrike, Wiz, Tenable, Seemplicity, and Palo Alto.
• Relevant certifications like CISSP or CCSP.
