What you will do

• Define and execute the growth strategy for the Cloud Security practice to drive bookings and revenue.
• Develop a portfolio of repeatable offerings, methodologies, accelerators, and reference architectures.
• Lead executive discussions with CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs on cloud security strategy and transformation.
• Provide executive oversight for strategic engagements to ensure delivery quality and client success.
• Build, develop, and scale a high-performing team of architects, consultants, and engineers.
• Manage financial performance, including pipeline, gross margin, and utilization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or consulting.
• 8+ years in progressive leadership roles within professional services or engineering organizations.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, identity, networking, governance, and automation.
• Proven track record of developing and selling consulting services and managing a sales pipeline.
• Must be based in the US; the company cannot sponsor work visas at this time.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience working within the Microsoft partner ecosystem or with global systems integrators.
• Knowledge of Entra, Defender, Sentinel, and Purview.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Azure Arc, infrastructure as code, and DevSecOps.
• Relevant Microsoft or cybersecurity certifications.
