Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year for roles performed from Illinois; compensation may vary for California, Colorado, and New York.

What you will do

• Manage assigned operational workflows independently and ensure consistent, efficient execution.
• Support planning, execution, and follow-through for current and future team projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and maintain clear communication across departments.
• Perform quality-control checks and audits to maintain operational standards.
• Lead ad hoc initiatives that support operational excellence and compliance with internal standards.
• Work with leadership to refine processes and improve system efficiency as the organization grows.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Biological Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong critical-thinking, interpersonal, problem-solving, written-communication, and verbal-communication skills.
• Organized, methodical, proactive, and self-motivated approach to work.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changing processes and environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience handling and maintaining the confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Experience in an FDA-regulated industry.
• Basic knowledge of generative AI.
