Focus on diagnosing complex incidents, supporting hybrid cloud connectivity and disaster recovery, and contributing to infrastructure modernization without supervisory responsibility.

What you will do
- Administer enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, data centre, routing, switching, SD-WAN, and network access control platforms.
- Configure, maintain, upgrade, and document network infrastructure in line with operational standards.
- Support firewalls, VPN services, secure remote access, network segmentation, vulnerability remediation, and security controls.
- Maintain data centre, hybrid cloud, load balancing, application delivery, and connectivity services.
- Monitor network health and capacity, resolve complex incidents, and participate in problem, change, major incident, and root-cause management.
- Support disaster recovery, resilience, infrastructure modernization, project delivery, and collaboration with server, cloud, cybersecurity, and service provider teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in enterprise networking, routing, switching, segmentation, and secure connectivity.
- Experience with network access control, identity-aware networking, firewalls, VPNs, secure remote access, load balancing, and application delivery technologies.
- Experience supporting cloud networking, hybrid connectivity, and enterprise infrastructure including Windows, Linux, and virtualization platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical and infrastructure issues independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong operational discipline, technical judgment, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and professional experience.
