TL;DR
EDI Specialist (EDI/CSV): Supporting and maintaining partner EDI integrations and CSV data exchanges for company websites with an accent on file processing, troubleshooting, and ERP testing. Focus on diagnosing partner-specific and user-error scenarios, coordinating fixes with stakeholders, and documenting reliable operating procedures.

Location: Remote work from the Philippines

What you will do

  • Support and maintain EDI-formatted file imports and exports for multiple partners.
  • Maintain CSV imports and exports for company-owned websites.
  • Research, diagnose, and resolve partner-specific, carrier-specific, item-specific, and user-error issues.
  • Communicate troubleshooting findings and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist the integration project manager with EDI and end-to-end testing in a beta ERP environment.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures for multiple departments.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident, consultative communication and a collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of order entry and shipping processes is highly preferred.
