TL;DR
eCommerce & Marketplace Product Listing Specialist (Shopify/marketplaces): Managing accurate product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair, Walmart, and TikTok Shop with an accent on structured product data, platform-specific formatting, and cross-channel consistency. Focus on executing bulk CSV uploads, troubleshooting suppressed products, and maintaining listing accuracy across pricing, inventory, variations, images, and specifications.
Location: Permanent work from home; Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time with a 1-hour unpaid break.
Hourly pay rate established based on performance during the application process.

What you will do
- Upload and manage product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
- Enter and maintain product titles, descriptions, SKUs, pricing, variations, alt text, specifications, inventory, and other structured data.
- Format listings and organize product images according to each platform's requirements.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accurate, complete, and consistent listings across sales channels.
- Execute bulk uploads using CSV files and platform-specific templates.
- Troubleshoot listing errors and suppressed products, document inconsistencies, and communicate issues clearly.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify product listings and/or listings in multi-channel marketplace environments.
- Hands-on Shopify experience and direct experience with at least two marketplace seller platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling repetitive, detail-heavy tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to follow SOPs and structured workflows precisely.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working across multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
- Experience with bulk uploads using CSV files and templates.
- Basic understanding of listing optimization or SEO.
- Basic image editing skills using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
