What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver features aligned with business requirements.
• Maintain and enhance the .NET 8 platform across UI, services, and database layers.
• Troubleshoot production issues, resolve bugs, and support system reliability.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Mentor developers and promote coding standards, testing, documentation, and best practices.
• Provide estimations and support Agile delivery processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior .NET role.
• Strong experience with enterprise-scale systems, C#, SQL, distributed services, and web applications.
• Proven ability to contribute to architecture and technical design.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and a relevant IT qualification or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and business teams and mentor other developers.

Nice to have

• Retail, ERP, or transactional systems experience.
• Experience modernising legacy systems alongside .NET 8 platforms.
• Exposure to Azure or other cloud-based architectures.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
