What you will do

• Lead a team of backend engineers through both greenfield and legacy projects, owning the full software lifecycle.
• Set architectural direction and partner with Product Managers on roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Drive a DevOps culture using infrastructure as code, observability, and continuous delivery.
• Serve as a servant leader, coaching and growing the engineers within the team.
• Develop infrastructure for loan origination, compliance systems, and a new pricing platform.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on background in C#/.NET backend development.
• Proven experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP (Azure is primary).
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices (Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ).
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to provide architectural guidance and shape technical roadmaps.
• Must be based within UTC -1 to UTC +3 time zones.
