What you will do

• Research potential affiliate partners and support outreach using structured templates.
• Monitor affiliate platforms, track partner activity, and prepare weekly performance summaries.
• Maintain CRM records and conduct competitor research to support marketing decisions.
• Assist with social media planning, captions, hashtags, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate affiliate-facing marketing materials and organize media assets.
• Complete training, document learnings, and contribute to at least one major department project.

Requirements

• Current college student or recent graduate in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Interest in affiliate marketing, partnerships, social media, or e-commerce growth.
• Organized, proactive approach and willingness to learn without prior affiliate marketing experience.
• Comfort using email, spreadsheets, and social media platforms.
• Availability for 20 hours per week over 16 weeks with flexible scheduling.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
• Basic Google Sheets or Excel skills.
• Strong written communication.
• Interest in marketing analytics and reporting.
