Social Affiliate Specialist (eCommerce)

What you will do

• Execute the social affiliate programme across key platforms and identify, onboard, and engage suitable creators and partners.
• Support affiliate campaigns that increase product visibility, engagement, and sales.
• Communicate with creators, answer operational questions, provide performance insights, and offer creative guidance.
• Monitor affiliate performance through platform analytics and internal dashboards, reporting trends to the Affiliate Manager.
• Manage partner tracking, commission setup, content approvals, compliance checks, reporting, and workflow improvements.
• Track social commerce trends, creator opportunities, and competitor activity.

Requirements

• Experience in social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in eCommerce or consumer brands.
• Understanding of social platform ecosystems, creator culture, and content trends across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organisational, interpersonal, and commercial skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
