Affiliate Manager

What you will do

• Scout and contact new traffic partners through manual communication and automated outreach tools.
• Identify partners aligned with the audience and optimize user acquisition performance.
• Review partner metrics daily, scale successful campaigns, and cut underperforming sources.
• Maintain partner relationships, conduct performance check-ins, negotiate contracts, and develop new collaboration opportunities.
• Establish at least one new traffic source generating $1,000 in monthly profit within the first 90 days.
• Use AI-driven discovery tools such as Clay to streamline partner identification.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of affiliate management experience with a record of recruiting new traffic partners.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking tools or networks such as Tune, Awin, Impact, or Affise.
• Proactive hunter mentality and experience optimizing traffic performance.
• Ability to analyze partner data in spreadsheets and clearly explain campaign mechanics and results.
• Clear, fluent English communication skills for partner calls.

• Experience managing a team.
• Experience running influencer campaigns alongside affiliate traffic.
• Experience with AI discovery tools, CRM, or outreach platforms.
