Digital Sharks: Marketplace Affiliates Associate (Early Careers)

hirify.global is a global product design and technology company developing consumer lifestyle products under the Shark and Ninja brands.

What you will do

• Build hirify.global's affiliate presence across major marketplaces, including Amazon, Mercado Libre, and Takealot.
• Launch 100 pieces of affiliate content in the assigned market during the first 30-day sprint.
• Identify, contact, and onboard creators and affiliate partners.
• Test affiliate approaches, track performance by format, creator, and category, and determine what drives conversion.
• Coordinate with Sales and Digital Marketing to ensure affiliate traffic reaches conversion-ready product pages.
• Prepare recommendations, stakeholder updates, playbook content, and presentations for regional and central teams.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related discipline.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity and multiple priorities.
• Interest in creators, content, social commerce, and online consumer behavior.
• Analytical approach with the ability to use data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Confident communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to affiliate, influencer, or creator marketing, including personal content creation.
• Experience with reporting or data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking or attribution platforms such as Impact, Levanta, or Creator Connections.
• Additional language skills relevant to the assigned market.
