Salary: From €3,600 gross per month; base minimum pay of €41,736 annually

What you will do

• Analyze recurring data requests and implement automation to reduce manual reporting effort.
• Standardize data request intake through workflows, prioritization criteria, and governance practices.
• Build stakeholder-facing Power BI reports and dashboards covering performance trends, product adoption, and business impact.
• Monitor metrics and trend data to identify product, user, and learner adoption gaps.
• Partner with product, engineering, and IT teams across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of business data analysis and business assessment.
• Experience designing and prototyping dynamic visualizations for large and complex datasets in Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, and Excel.
• Experience with data structures and at least one programming language.
• Excellent communication skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
