What you will do

• Drive business analysis activities for transformation and business initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into effective IT solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather and refine requirements.
• Analyze business processes, data flows, and system interactions.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners throughout the solution lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or business application implementation.
• Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work from Bratislava.
• Note: This position is for maternity cover.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, UML, or Enterprise Architect.
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• SQL and data analysis skills.
