What you will do

• Coordinate bid and tender submissions across the full proposal lifecycle.
• Set up bids, including CRM records, document management, and bid/no-bid processes.
• Schedule kick-off meetings, internal reviews, site visits, and client meetings.
• Coordinate client information requests, clarification questions, presentations, and proposal inputs.
• Manage proposal resources, deadlines, documentation, and submission processes.
• Develop and maintain a reusable proposal content library.

Requirements

• Previous experience in proposals, bids, or tenders.
• Experience preparing client-facing documentation or presentations in a professional business environment.
• Strong organizational, coordination, multitasking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, including proofreading and document quality control.
• Confidence working with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
