Cloud Service Support Administrator/Analyst (Microsoft Azure/Microsoft 365)

Location: Suffolk, Virginia, United States. US citizenship or authorization to work in the US is required, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Department of Defense security clearance.

What you will do

• Administer Microsoft 365 SaaS services, including Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Manage Azure identities, governance, storage, compute, virtual networking, virtual machines, monitoring, and backups.
• Configure tenant-wide Microsoft SaaS settings and oversee SharePoint sites hosted in Flank Speed.
• Manage Azure Information Protection labels, data controls, cloud security tools, and governance services.
• Monitor service incidents, outages, releases, operational trends, and security alerts across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Support ITSM activities, Teams Live Events, Windows images, and Enterprise Flank Speed Tier 2 troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required.
• DoD-approved 8570/8140 certifications and IAT Level II certification are required.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Azure Cloud Administrator in an enterprise cloud environment.
• Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certifications.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, networking, Azure Firewall, Microsoft SharePoint, Purview, Power Platform, and Microsoft cloud security and data governance tools.
• Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Office, ITIL, project coordination, and technical communication.
