Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Location: Full-time onsite in the Houston, Texas office at 990 Town & Country Blvd. The role may require local and national travel.

Salary: $99,611–$155,803 annually; target pay range: $111,105–$134,093.

What you will do

• Assist with preparing and reviewing 10-Q and 10-K filings and related disclosures.
• Monitor emerging U.S. GAAP standards and identify workstreams that may require new disclosures.
• Analyze account and financial statement fluctuations and maintain supporting documentation.
• Improve disclosure support materials and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure process narratives, internal controls, and disclosure controls comply with SOX.
• Coordinate audit requests with external auditors and internal subject-matter experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting.
• Active CPA license or current progress toward CPA licensure required.
• At least five years of full-time accounting or finance experience, including at least three years in Big 4.
• Experience auditing or consulting publicly traded companies.
• Eligibility to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810 required.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX controls, and technical accounting.
