Product Designer (Web3)

Location: Remote from Hong Kong; full-time arrangement.

What you will do

• Design communication product experiences, including interaction flows, user journeys, and interface behaviors.
• Translate product requirements and business goals into user experiences for web and mobile products.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and design partners to define and deliver solutions.
• Contribute to UX strategy and UI execution according to product needs.
• Optimize end-to-end user journeys through iteration, feedback, and data-informed decisions.
• Define communication-related design patterns, components, and best practices while maintaining consistency.

Requirements

• Strong interaction design skills for complex product scenarios, including clear flows, states, and behaviors.
• Solid understanding of user journey design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Ability to handle both UX strategy and UI execution.
• Experience designing mobile and/or web products.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative product environment.
• Must be based in Hong Kong for the remote arrangement.
