What you will do
- Own end-to-end product design from problem definition through delivery and iteration.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to clarify problems, goals, assumptions, success measures, and constraints.
- Conduct user research and validate solutions using customer feedback and product data.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and consistent workflows for complex financial and operational tasks.
- Evolve the design system through reusable components, patterns, documentation, contribution models, governance, and adoption processes.
- Share knowledge, provide constructive feedback, and improve design practices across the wider design team.
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional product teams.
- Autonomous ownership of design work from problem definition through delivery and iteration.
- Strong interaction design and information architecture skills for complex workflows or data-heavy experiences.
- Product thinking and the ability to connect user needs, product goals, business context, and technical constraints.
- Experience conducting user research and validating solutions with users.
- Hands-on experience building or significantly evolving a comprehensive design system, including components, patterns, documentation, governance, and adoption.
Nice to have
- Experience designing AI-assisted workflows or conversational experiences.
- Experience in fintech, spend management, procurement, or internal tooling.
- Familiarity with experimentation and data-informed product development.
- Experience with coded component libraries or design-system implementation alongside front-end engineers.
