TL;DR
High Performance Networking Technical Support Engineer (HPC): Providing high-quality technical support for scale-out networking solutions in AI and HPC datacenters with an accent on system troubleshooting and network configuration. Focus on diagnosing complex hardware/software issues and supporting the installation of compute clusters for OEMs and system integrators.
Location: Remote (Must be residing within EMEA)

What you will do
- Provide professional high-quality customer support for products.
- Take technical ownership of user-reported issues, driving diagnosis and resolution.
- Manage incoming support requests via email, portal, and phone, including periodic on-call duties.
- Partner cross-functionally with technical staff to identify and resolve complex system issues.
- Support OEMs and system integrators with new cluster installation and acceptance.
- Advocate for customers during the planning and sustaining periods of the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Must be residing within EMEA.
- 5+ years of experience programming with C, C++, Perl, Python, and/or Fortran, and Linux scripting.
- 5+ years of experience in system troubleshooting and network configuration.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to travel 25% to 50% to headquarters and customer/partner locations.
Nice to have
- Experience with InfiniBand, cluster storage, or Linux device drivers.
- Knowledge of parallel programming, specifically MPI and/or SHMEM.
- Experience with installation and administration of enterprise Linux servers in clustered environments.
- Prior experience providing user support in a network or HPC environment.
