What you will do

• Handle, prioritize, and troubleshoot daily IT support requests involving laptops, office networks, and workplace infrastructure.
• Maintain on-site GPU workstations, servers, and network equipment.
• Help project teams deploy solutions to cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Work with AI tooling, including connectors for Claude Code and Claude Desktop.
• Improve support processes, workflows, and internal tooling.

Requirements

• Currently studying Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a structured and curious troubleshooting approach.
• Very good English communication skills and confidence working with different teams.
• Hands-on, motivated attitude toward technical support and infrastructure work.

Nice to have

• Initial experience with IT support topics.
• Basic familiarity with networking equipment such as Ubiquiti/UniFi, Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper, Mikrotik, or Netgear.
• Enthusiasm for exploring AI tools such as Claude.
