Junior Business Analyst (IT)

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; hybrid work combining home and office

Salary: €3,516–€5,021 gross per month for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Identify business requirements and translate them into clear specifications and functional designs.
• Connect stakeholders, data, and technology to support informed decisions.
• Refine the backlog and collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions through testing.
• Analyse data and processes to improve regulatory reporting and data quality.
• Support applications used for reporting to Dutch supervisory authorities, tax authorities, and the deposit guarantee scheme.

Requirements

• Recently graduated with a BSc or MSc in IT, data, business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of work experience.
• Ability to elicit requirements and create specifications and functional designs.
• Ability to analyse data, validate solutions, support testing, and safeguard data quality.
• Clear stakeholder communication, careful execution, and accountability for accurate results.
• Willingness to learn from experienced Business Analysts and contribute fresh ideas.
