What you will do

• Define and own a multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap for foundational developer platform services.
• Transform ticket-based platform support into self-service experiences using paved roads, service catalogs, portals, and developer tooling.
• Drive improvements across APIs, SDKs, sandbox environments, deployment systems, documentation, and related platform capabilities.
• Establish product practices, governance frameworks, KPI dashboards, and feedback loops for internal infrastructure.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, security, design, and product leaders to deliver secure, extensible, developer-focused solutions.
• Use research, adoption data, reliability metrics, and developer feedback to prioritize opportunities and demonstrate business impact.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience building large-scale cloud service platforms, including complex usage-based or metered products.
• 10+ years of people management experience leading, recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing product teams.
• Deep understanding of platform-as-a-product principles, user research, roadmapping, KPI development, adoption strategy, and internal customer discovery.
• Technical fluency with cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD, observability, APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling.
• Experience creating self-service solutions such as developer portals, golden paths, service catalogs, and documentation systems.
• Must be based in the United States; the role is unavailable in the Bay Area and Seattle area. Approximately 15% travel is required.
