Sr. Product Manager, Platform (AI)

Location: Remote, based in North America, with hubs in Santa Clara, California; Austin, Texas; and Toronto, Ontario.

What you will do

• Own the platform foundation for firmware, system software, packaging, and updates.
• Define and launch the unified Tenstorrent CLI as the entry point for the software stack.
• Set the CLI command surface, installation and packaging approach, versioning, deprecation policy, telemetry, and integration with existing tools.
• Build a product roadmap and establish priorities for highly technical engineering teams.
• Define success metrics such as developer NPS and CLI adoption, then ship iteratively against them.
• Partner with engineering, Developer Relations, customers, and the open-source community to improve developer experience.

Requirements

• Technical understanding of firmware, drivers, runtimes, repositories, and code.
• Experience defining objectives and direction for highly technical products.
• Strong focus on developer experience, installation, updates, versioning, and error messages.
• Bias for action and ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to work remotely from North America.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology may be required; employment can depend on citizenship, permanent residency, or export-license approval.
