What you will do

• Own the end-to-end build and deploy system, focusing on speed, success rates, and debuggability.
• Define and ship foundational primitives such as reusable build artifacts and application-level deployment.
• Drive performance optimizations including caching, incremental builds, and monorepo workflows.
• Translate customer feedback and pain points into actionable product patterns and roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to balance foundational refactors with urgent customer needs.
• Partner with customer success and sales to resolve issues for at-risk accounts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or platform products.
• Deep technical expertise in CI/CD, build systems, containers, and infrastructure as code.
• Proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience designing reusable platform primitives rather than one-off features.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both platform engineers and C-level executives.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with product-led growth (PLG) motions.
• Previous hands-on experience as a software engineer.
• Experience taking a platform primitive from design partner beta to general availability.
