What you will do

• Build stakeholder relationships and act as a key client contact within delivery teams.
• Translate user, business, technical, and operational needs into effective product solutions.
• Own product strategies and visions, create roadmaps, and prioritise features.
• Manage product backlogs, user-story elaboration, prioritisation, and acceptance.
• Track user feedback, benefits realisation, and service performance to optimise products.
• Support practice development, business development, client engagement, and supplier performance management.

Requirements

• Significant UK public-sector experience, including GDS and/or NHS Digital delivery experience, is required.
• Experience working to GDS standards and passing Service Standard Assessments is required.
• Experience delivering new products in agile, multidisciplinary teams and large, complex transformation programmes.
• Strong client relationship, stakeholder management, mentoring, and coaching skills.
• Ability to collaborate across organisations and deliver challenging projects to tight timescales.
