What you will do

• Lead discovery efforts to identify and validate customer problems and unmet needs in the kitchen management space.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog to achieve clear outcomes and testable increments.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to drive product delivery from concept to launch.
• Conduct customer research and stakeholder interviews to test assumptions and refine the value proposition.
• Track early signals of customer value and adoption to ensure the product meets business goals.
• Utilize AI tools to improve the speed and quality of product workflows and identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within software or SaaS.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and turn insights into actionable product decisions.
• Experience conducting customer discovery and defining product priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in using AI tools to enhance product practice and operational efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience launching new digital products from an early stage.
• Background in B2B, EdTech, payments, or operational workflow products.
• Familiarity with regulated processes or environments with multiple user types.
