Location: Must be based in or able to work from Białystok, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days in office required)

Salary: 20,000–22,000 PLN (Gross/Net)

What you will do

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure for the MCP Graph Broker.
• Develop scalable APIs and integrate AI services into enterprise SaaS environments.
• Configure multi-tenant isolation, load balancing, and real-time monitoring mechanisms.
• Prepare production-grade environments to support 500,000+ daily users.
• Translate research on orchestration layers into sound, scalable architectural solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in building scalable web applications and backend services.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API 2, MS SQL, and Entity Framework.
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud services, microservices, and API management.
• Fluency in Polish (C1+) and English (B2+).
• Ability to work from Białystok, Poland, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
• Experience with vector databases, RAG systems, and MCP protocol.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent orchestration patterns (routing, memory management, tool use).
• Knowledge of multi-tenant architecture and data isolation in SaaS.
• Practical experience with LLM fine-tuning, RLHF, and prompt engineering.
