What you will do

• Design and implement new backend functionalities while optimizing existing services.
• Ensure high code quality through unit and integration testing and peer code reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and frontend teams.
• Solve performance-related challenges to ensure system stability and speed under load.
• Contribute to technical discussions and help resolve production issues.
• Utilize AI-assisted developer tools and participate in the implementation of AI-driven product features.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• Strong practical knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles and common design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and interest in LLM/RAG integrations.
• Proficiency in JUnit/Spock, Git, Maven, and Docker.
• Experience in evolving and scaling established SaaS systems.
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
