TL;DR

Regional Supervisor, Last Mile (Johor Bharu) (Last-Mile Logistics): Improving station performance and operational compliance for a technology-enabled delivery network with an accent on process optimization, training, audits, and quality systems. Focus on monitoring delivery operations, building station capabilities, and solving compliance and performance challenges across last-mile logistics.

Location: On-site in Johor, Malaysia; required to travel.

Salary: RM2,700–RM2,900 per month.

What you will do

Monitor station performance and operational compliance with regional leadership.
Improve operational processes to increase delivery performance metrics.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational discipline.
Plan and deliver general and technical training for station teams.
Conduct station assessments and audits, reporting noncompliance to management.
Support quality, occupational health and safety, and GDPMD programmes.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in any field.
At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Ability to work on-site in Johor, Malaysia and travel as required.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
Data-driven decision-making mindset and a can-do attitude.
