Logistics Coordinator

What you will do

• Complete daily logistics jobs accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Liaise with team leads, account managers, and service providers to resolve work-related issues.
• Work proactively with minimal supervision while following established processes, rules, and policies.
• Maintain service commitments in line with customer and organizational objectives.
• Build business knowledge through designated hirify.global University courses.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in logistics, transportation, or distribution; an associate degree is also accepted.
• At least two years of experience in sea freight, airfreight, or the shipping industry.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Basic knowledge of computer software packages.
• Customer-oriented approach, maturity, independence, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, supervisory skills, teamwork, integrity, and commitment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HS codes, customs, and government agency rules and regulations.
• Availability to start immediately.
