What you will do

• Execute daily order management activities, including returns, replacements, and penalty payments.
• Collect data and prepare routine management reports using data analysis tools.
• Coordinate with 4PL partners to support on-time customer deliveries and service performance.
• Support PAP and PTA deliverables, operational review meetings, customs brokerage meetings, and 4PL business reviews.
• Prepare audit documentation and provide audit scribe and backroom support.
• Support and co-lead process improvement initiatives and project implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work.
