Transformation Consultant (Life Sciences)

Location: Based in a US office; eligible to work in the relevant US location. Client travel around the world may be required.

What you will do

• Oversee large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, quality standards, timelines, budgets, and risk plans.
• Lead key client relationships as a trusted advisor and solve strategic business challenges through consulting solutions.
• Define account strategies, manage pipelines and annual plans, identify growth opportunities, and develop proposals and pricing.
• Monitor account health, including revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, staffing, and project performance.
• Negotiate new contracts and manage existing client and procurement relationships.
• Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary international teams while representing delivery outcomes to clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at top-tier management consulting firms, with a track record of running large-scale commercial transformation programs for life sciences companies.
• Deep understanding of the life sciences industry and experience engaging senior global stakeholders across different verticals.
• Strong business acumen in complex stakeholder management, change management, and client impact orchestration.
• Demonstrated capabilities in client relationship management, account planning, budgeting, financial management, and business growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, critical thinking, presentation, writing, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in the US office location and eligible to work there. Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
