Marketing Intern

Location: On-site at the office in Querétaro, Mexico.

What you will do

• Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across multiple channels.
• Research industries, companies, and decision-makers to identify business opportunities.
• Assist with outbound prospecting, customer outreach, and scheduling qualified sales meetings.
• Build and maintain prospect and customer data in CRM systems.
• Create marketing materials, presentations, promotional content, and graphics using Adobe Illustrator.
• Support digital marketing, social media, campaign reporting, and cross-functional sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with Adobe Illustrator.
• Interest in digital marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Availability to work on-site in Querétaro, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
