Senior Marketing Coordinator (GoHighLevel)

Location: Remote from Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, or Costa Rica; U.S. PST business hours required

Work with a client on executive operations, marketing execution, social media, CRM management, and program administration.

What you will do

• Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community groups.
• Manage comments, direct messages, community engagement, social performance tracking, and advertising support.
• Coordinate calendars, inboxes, project trackers, deadlines, follow-ups, and administrative workflows.
• Build GoHighLevel email workflows, execute outreach campaigns, and maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline stages.
• Organize program materials, track participant progress, research ideal client profiles, and build prospect lists.
• Create Canva graphics, edit short-form videos, format digital materials, and assist with website updates and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing coordination, executive assistance, or digital operations.
• Strong proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Proficiency with Canva and Veed, OpusClip, or similar video editing tools.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, with excellent written English communication.
• Strong organization, multitasking, independence, and follow-through during U.S. PST business hours.
