• Collaborate with agency teams to establish project plans, forecast work, and allocate resources.
• Act as the primary liaison between agency partners and internal teams for assigned accounts.
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects remain on track.
• Enforce agency processes and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Analyze and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and mentor junior project management staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in timeline development and budget management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
