What you will do

• Deliver high-quality user interfaces across key product journeys, maintaining usability, visual consistency, and attention to detail.
• Create developer-ready design handoffs in Figma and ensure designs are accurately translated into implementation.
• Organize and document design files, components, and specifications for engineering teams and internal AI-powered tools.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, engineers, and other stakeholders on new product features.
• Support design quality across the broader digital product experience and participate in team ceremonies and planning.
• Develop expertise in design systems, product design fundamentals, and AI-assisted design workflows.

Requirements

• Professional experience in UI design and digital product design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including file organization, component usage, and developer handoff preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and interest in UI refinement, visual consistency, and design quality.
• Interest in design systems and maintaining consistent experiences at scale.
• Collaborative, proactive, and organized approach to working with cross-functional teams and managing documentation.
• Ability to read and write in English for design documentation and handoffs; the position is exclusively for People with Disabilities and candidates residing in Brazil.
